for groups or individuals. An experienced personal trainer will
create a challenging yet enjoyable program for your team which
can include boxing, fitness circuits, running, yoga classes and
much more. The classes can take place before or after work, lunch
time sessions in the company’s gym or outdoors. Lifestyles
will supply all necessary equipment.
