At Lifestyles we assist individuals and corporations to 'Run Free' through our wellness services and assist our clients to live a healthier life within the restraints of their busy schedules.

Lifestyles Corporate Wellness operates a health and wellness company that provides our clients with a professional team of personal trainers, masseurs, yoga, pilates instructors and nutritionists that supply:

• Individual personal training sessions
• Corporate health and fitness programs
• Seated corporate massages
• Yoga classes
• Self defence classes
• Health and wellness seminars
• Corporate team events
• Nutrition advice
• Nutrition products

Our clients who have experienced a wellness program experience a positive, happy, productive and more reliable work environment helping individuals to gain the right work, life and health balance. Most of our services are provided to individuals and corporate clients in a regular program.

Who is a potential Lifestyles Corporate Wellness professional?

Motivated, experienced, forward thinkers & health and wellness professionals. Servicing individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Programs may include:

• Personal Trainer
- Corporate group sessions before, after work and lunch time.
- Conducting Team events during conferences
- Personal training sessions early morning and evening

• Massage Therapist
- Conducted in offices, corporate meetings and conference events
- Time frame for corporate massages are 2 hours to full day session on a regular basis
- Mobile individual 60 minute massages

All trainers and therapists that become apart of the Lifestyles Corporate Wellness team will be provided with a uniform and regular training.

Requirements to be a Lifestyles Team Member

• A positive attitude with common sense approach
• ABN number
• Relevant qualifications
