Group Training

4 week group training program up to 30 people per group

2 sessions per week

The 4 week program contains 8 sessions in the month at a low cost of $150 per month or just $18.75 per session including GST.

1 session per week

The 4 week program contains 4 sessions per month at a low cost of $80 or just $20 per session including GST.

Conditions

• A minimum of 5 people must be booked in for the 4 week course to proceed.
• All payments must be paid prior to commencing the group training program.
• If you can't make a session, a make up session can be made up only in that particular month. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.

Lifestyles Corporate Wellness cater for larger group sessions, just contact us to receive a special price quote for your training group.

Elite Personal Trainers (What is an elite trainer?)

From $70 per 60 minute session

One on two from $45 per person

NOTE: This program can be purchased in a 5 pack if training once per week

Executive Personal Trainer (What is an executive trainer?)

From $80 per 60 minute session

One on two from $50 per person

Platinum Personal Trainer (What is a platinum trainer?)

From $100 per 75 minute session

One on two from $60 per person

Sore muscles or simply need to relax.

60 minutes $95
90 minutes $125

Silver package 5 massages
Our silver package is ideal for those who require a massage on a semi regularly basis, save money on the silver package

60 minutes $450 ($90 per massage)
90 minutes $600 ($120 per massage)

Gold package - 10 massages
For those who require more frequent massages save money and purchase the gold package

60 minutes $800 ($80 per massage)
90 minutes $1000 ($100 per massage)

Cancellation Policy

Lifestyles Corporate Wellness understand that life is hectic at times and cannot always be a set routine. That is why we have a 12 hour personal training cancellation policy and a 24 hour mobile massage cancellation
